Cockatiel Decal

Great for car or home windows and to help prevent window accidents for fully flighted birds.
Directions: Place the vinyl portion of the decal against the window. Then, with a solid object, such as a ruler, rub the waxed paper side of the decal hard against the window. SLOWLY start peeling back the wax paper so that you can be sure that all parts of the vinyl are affixed to the window.
