Serve dry or add water to reconsititute. These 3/8" diced carrots are "puffed dried" to seal in natural flavor. This product is quickly re-hydrated when reconsituted with hot water. Great for smaller birds, from finches and canaries to parrotlets, budgies, lovebirds, conures, caiques and similarly sized birds.
